This is a hybrid role in the Warsaw office 3 days a week.

Raytheon Polska is actively seeking a driven and ambitious individual to join our esteemed Poland Patriot Program Management team. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the program team to facilitate the seamless execution of the Poland Patriot program and the meticulous preparation of proposals.

• Spearhead the creation of high-quality documents and presentations for crucial meetings with esteemed customers.

• Oversee the timely update of project performance schedules and ensure the smooth coordination of certificate receipt.

• Serve as a meticulous editor and proofreader, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all documents submitted to our valued customers.

• Coordinate with translation experts to ensure precise translations of essential documents, both incoming and outgoing.

• Provide vital support for configuration management processes and streamline the coordination of our program documentation archiving system.

• Take charge of updating our Supplier Database and play a pivotal role in obtaining quotes from our extensive network of suppliers and vendors.

• Actively support local procurement activities, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

• Contribute to the strategic process of identifying and onboarding new suppliers and vendors, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and values.

• Collaborate closely with our esteemed PMO team, gaining invaluable insights into the intricacies of negotiating and executing the Poland Patriot program.

• Participate actively in the preparation of proposals for Government Customers, offering you a firsthand glimpse into the meticulous preparation required for successful negotiations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in the final two years of contracts, or business school program, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.

• Proficiency in both Polish and English, with exceptional written and oral communication skills essential for effective interaction with all levels of management.

• Demonstrated familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, enabling you to navigate complex data and information seamlessly.

• English language proficiency at a minimum C1 level (Advanced), ensuring your ability to engage confidently with international stakeholders.

• Strong organizational acumen, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, driving you to achieve excellence in every task you undertake.
