What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the AVP, Global Privacy, this role plays a pivotal role as they are responsible for leading and implementing a comprehensive privacy governance program. The Senior Director, Global Privacy Program Governance & Strategic Initiatives is responsible for overseeing the privacy framework as well as policies, standards and procedure documents in addition to global privacy risk management reporting. You will lead, coordinate and implement regulatory change management requirements for the Global Privacy Program and trigger any global program updates as required. You will lead the RCM Privacy Program oversight activities for the Global Privacy Office; maintain a robust privacy training and awareness program and drive strategic and transformational initiatives to ensure privacy risk is managed effectively.

How you’ll succeed

  • Strategic Mindset - Provide strategic leadership and direction in the execution of the Global Privacy Program to effectively manage privacy risk. Provide insights and best practices for policy governance and process optimization with a focus on operational excellence and consistency.

  • Relationship Building - Provide direction to the Global Privacy Program with strong partnership with the Regional Privacy Offices and business leaders. Create greater privacy awareness with active and effective communication and relationships with Oversight Functions, Lines of Business leaders, and second line of defense groups to ensure effective management of the Global Privacy Program.

  • Industry Expert - Lead, develop and implement a comprehensive privacy compliance framework aligned with organizational goals and regulator expectations

Who you are

  • You can demonstrate experience in knowledge of global privacy, and/or regulatory compliance regulations, concepts, procedures and principles. Minimum 10 years of industry experience.

  • You have a University Degree/College Diploma or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 10 years related experience in privacy and/or regulatory compliance. Current accreditation with the International Association of Privacy Professionals – CIPP/C or CIPM is preferred.
