Your future role:

Become part of our Digitalization team to transform the Service Business of Regional Solutions & Services in Siemens Smart Infrastructure for Region-Asia Pacific. Remote connectivity and data integration from multiple sources play a key role in enabling our cloud-based platforms. This role leverages on your strong IT networking & program management background to drive regional implementation programs and to ensure adoption of new tools & processes by our country organizations. You will be part of the Building X team and play the role of an Onboarding Expert. Building X is a complete suite of connected solutions, applications and services, combining our building expertise with IoT technology. you drive knowledge exchange and work on continuous improvement of our platform applications.

Your responsibilities - challenging and future-oriented:

Performs BX Applications and user setup, configuration and provides ongoing internal support. Customer application and user account setup (e.g., implementation, administration, configuration and access management) with related information. Maintains data and account content (e.g., structuring, linking, complementing, and testing, required authorization)

Find the right connectivity method in cooperation with customer IT. Setup (design, implementation and configuration) of connections and data integration to the DSC as well as on-going support

Provides Best Practice for the use of applications

Implements customer specific functional setup according to commercial contract. Supports Sales with technical inputs to deliver right solutions and customer experience.

Good knowledge of global accounts and their specific needs

Your qualifications:

• The basis for your success is a degree in engineering, or similar experiences

• Well Versed with at least one of the field of Building, Comfort, Danger, and Security Management systems is required

• Familiarity with Service business for Buildings and knowledgeable about Corrective/Preventive and data enabled Maintenance practices.

• Familiar with IoT architecture & protocols and certifications.

• You are characterized by your willingness to learn, analytical and communicative skills as well as by your problem-solving orientation

• Able to work independently and with cross-organizational team members

• You are confident in handling MS Office365 applications. Knowledge in PowerBI is advantageous
