Job Description: Staff Aide

$1300 Sign on Bonus

Weekday Base Pay: $20.00 an hour

What is Required?

  • Passion for helping people including bathing, housekeeping, and meal prep.

  • Transportation: Must own a reliable and well-maintained vehicle.Must have a valid driver's license. Staff Aides will primarily work in Morris County and should be able to travel within the area to fulfill their duties.

Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus (But not necessary)

Occasional heavy lifting: Ability to work for extended periods of time while standing and being involved in physical activity.

  • NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License

  • Schedule: Staff Aides must be available to work six days a week. This schedule is not permanent and may vary based on staffing needs, including callouts, fill-ins, and vacations. The schedule is provided by Elara and may change weekly or every few weeks. Wi ll need to work one weekend day any weekday off.

  • Ability to adapt to changing work assignments and environments.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach.

You will report to the Care Team Supervisor.
