Description

We are offering a unique opportunity for an Part Time Revenue Accountant in Seattle, Washington. This role is a hybrid position (1-2 days per week onsite) and a part-time employment opportunity at 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately calculate and book various revenue streams on a weekly basis.

• Manage the calculation and booking of deferred revenues.

• Timely creation of customer invoices and statements to ensure smooth transactions.

• Process and book bank deposits to ensure accurate financial records.

• Apply cash receipts to customer invoices for accurate record-keeping.

• Manage accounts receivable aging to maintain healthy cash flow.

• Create new customers in the General Ledger (G/L) to keep up-to-date records.

• Provide excellent customer service to maintain good relationships.

• Perform account reconciliations for revenue-related accounts to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Knowledge of accounts receivable (AR) processes and principles

• Experience with billing functions

• Ability to handle cash activity and check processing tasks

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
