Insight Global Compliance Technical Program Manager IV in Redmond, Washington

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

Manage cross-functional programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.

Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset and create programs for solving those problems.

Proactively identify upcoming risks, inefficiencies, issues, and bottlenecks, and resolve cross-team issues.

Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.

Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.

Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks.

Define and own metrics and key performance indicators.

Partner and lead engagement with XFNs (Eng, Legal, Data Science, etc) on large programs

Skills and Requirements

Skills:

Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

7+ or more years of experience with program management.

Experience leading cross-organizational programs and experience setting and holding teams and individuals accountable to timelines and deliverables.

Analytical and problem solving experience including experience collecting data points across projects.

Communication and interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within a cross-functional team.

Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.

Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions

Experience with software development lifecycle Preferred Skills:

Experience with Compliance and Regulations like GDPR, SOX Compliance, etc

Ability to participate / engage with XFNs on technical discussions

Data Analysis experience (experience with SQL is also preferred)

Experience with testing preferred null
