Job Overview:

Quality Assurance Coordinator will be responsible for working on the assembly line, accurately assembling and checking patient meal trays. Will also be responsible for making thickened nutrition supplements and formula. Must have excellent communication skills, be self-directed and be able to lead a team.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 1 year of Food Service Experience

Preferred:

• Hospital Food Service Experience

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift working, 11:30 am 8:00 pm each day

• Works every weekend, 3 weekdays

• Full Time

Essential Functions:

• Works on the assembly line, accurately assembling and checking patient meal trays.

• Responsible for making thickened nutrition supplements and formula.

Other Duties:

• Must restock refrigerators/freezers on the assembly line.

• Will have to deliver patient meal trays.

• May have to do pantry rounds.
