CAE USA INC C-GM-115 Production Coordinator Intern in Montreal (St. Laurent), Canada

Role and Responsibilities

This position is exclusively open to students in the process of obtaining an academic degree

Internship date : September 3rd to December 20th 2024

The role we are offering you:

By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work with the production planning department at CAE and supporting us in managing the abundance of material that exists in our manufacturing departments.

Are you ready to:

  • Work daily in an Enterprise resource planning software (ERP)

  • Work physically in manufacturing to address their material problems.

  • Prepare documentation to send defective or stock in excess out of production.

  • Analyze and understand the correct process to use to address surplus stock in production.

  • To work closely with production and our warehouse to investigate potential issues causing incorrect stock to arrive in our departments.

Our ideal candidate has/is:

  • Proficient in microsoft excel.

  • A quick learner

  • Fluent in French and has intermediate English language skills.

  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Education

  • Pursuing a degree in an engineering or business-related field with 2 years of secondary education or 1 internship already completed.

Location of the internship is at CAE Montréal: 8585 Chem. de la Côte-de-Liesse, Saint-Laurent, QC.

Internship will be carried out in person.

*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.

*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
