By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to participate in the development and integration of software components that offer pilots a simulation environment of unmatched realism.

Our department is responsible for display solutions, visual content and rendering, sound effects and motion generation, as well as the development of artificial intelligence for other "players" in military simulation scenarios.

Depending on your ​​expertise and the preferences you demonstrate, you will be assigned to one of these areas of expertise

Are you ready to:

• Validate and integrate various technologies and solve complex problems involving several software systems.

• Develop in a Windows environment, mainly using the C++ language.

• Working in a laboratory.

Your work will be performed under the supervision of senior members of the team

Our ideal candidate has:

• Good knowledge of object-oriented development, in C++, under Windows.

• Knowledge of Visual Studio

• Willing to work in a team of dynamic software developers.

• Autonomous and creative person with a good sense of initiative.

• Fluency in spoken and written French; functional level of English.

• Knowledge of relational databases - e.g. MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL

• Knowledge of additional programming languages an asset - C#, Java, ASP.NET, JS, Python

• Knowledge of tools - Angular, Visual Studio, etc.

• Understanding of front/back-end concepts

• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure web services technologies

• Processes - Agile development, Git, JIRA, DevOps

• Knowledge of air navigation, modeling, mathematics, flight dynamics, flight instruments, electronic warfare, military weapons, sensors, and communication systems.

Preferred Education

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in engineering or related field

Location of the internship is Montreal.

Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.

*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.

*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 16 weeks.
