Description We are on the hunt for a Systems Administrator in the Managed Services industry, based in Miami, Florida, 33131, United States. This role offers a contract employment opportunity, where you will be tasked with providing hands-on support for client sites, remote troubleshooting, and office work. The role involves a blend of technical expertise, including handling Cisco and Dell Technologies, Linux Technologies, Microsoft, Active Directory, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain systems and networks using Cisco Technologies and Dell Technologies.

• Utilize Linux Technologies for system administration tasks.

• Leverage Microsoft systems, primarily Active Directory, for user and access management.

• Provide hands-on support for e3 and e5 licenses.

• Visit client sites as needed to provide on-site technical support.

• Conduct remote troubleshooting to resolve client issues.

• Work in an office setting, ensuring systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

• Use your skills in Backup Technologies, Configuration Management, and Deployments to ensure system integrity.

• Utilize MS Office 365 and O 365 for daily tasks and communication. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role in the Managed Services industry

• Proven experience with Cisco, Dell, and Linux Technologies

• Proficient in Microsoft technologies including Active Directory and Office 365

• Experience with Backup Technologies and Configuration Management

• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute deployments

• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and other Microsoft software

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferred

• Relevant professional certifications are advantageous
