Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation of financial statements and variance analysis.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management, supporting decision-making and driving profitability.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional development.

   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the warehouse or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Effective leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing and developing teams.
