Western Union, Llc Group Leader, Digital Banking Payment&Card System Management in Denver, Colorado

Build out and manage the card processing, card issuing, real-time payment network, SEPA / SWIFT, PLAID and additional pay-in and pay out systems. Collaborate with IT to manage the coordination across the schemes, the regulatory reporting and reconciliation. Build out the card processing and card issuing solutions globally. Set up card processing and card issuing across LATAM, Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Europe and North America. Integrate card processing systems into existing payments rails to enable the seamless interface across channels and build out card processing capabilities to fund the transaction via crypto currency. Manage and build out real time payments solutions and expand new pay-in and payout channels. Coordinate across the IT teams and development solution integrators to strategically build and maintain real time payment networks and mature the IT operations support for core banking and the charter of accounts globally. As new products get launched, enhance the automation, controls, and IT support to cover those new systems and products globally to offer best in class customer service. Build a daily, weekly, and monthly card processing, card issuing and settlement solution. Build out an operating model with the local and regional teams to support their regulatory requirements and provide best in class customer experience. Partner across the product teams to build out new product offerings on the core banking platform. Position allows telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of professional experience as a Application Developer, Software Engineer, or any occupation/position/job title involving business management and technology solutions. Must also have the following special skills: 5 years of professional experience building business critical products and launching in market; 5 years of professional experience driving alignment across stakeholder groups and executing strategic plans across an organization; 5 years of professional experience building revenue streams through banking products, cards, lending and customer cross selling; 5 years of professional experience working in the card space across Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Pathward, Marqeta, i2c, FirstData, Fiserv, HSBC, Capital One, Bank of the West/BMO and issuing cards including credit, debit and prepaid with an ability to reload; and 5 years of professional experience synthesizing customer input and translating into actionable initiatives that drive value for the company.
