We are looking for: Test Architect ,

· Test Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals, product requirements, and industry standards.

· Define test objectives, scope, methodologies, and success criteria.

· Test Architecture Design: Design and implement a robust test architecture framework that encompasses test automation, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.

· Establish guidelines for test case creation, execution, and reporting.

· Automation Framework Development: Lead the design and development of scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.

· Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools and technologies based on project requirements and industry trends.

· Test Process Optimization: Continuously improve testing processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

· Identify opportunities for automation and streamline manual testing efforts.

· Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the testing team. Mentor team members on test automation best practices, coding standards, and troubleshooting techniques.

· Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and quality assurance to ensure alignment on testing priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Communicate test results, metrics, and insights to stakeholders effectively.

· Quality Assurance Governance: Establish quality assurance governance mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance with testing standards, policies, and procedures. Conduct regular reviews and audits of test artifacts to ensure adherence to quality guidelines.

· Research and Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in software testing and quality assurance.

· Evaluate new testing methodologies and tools and make recommendations for their adoption based on feasibility and potential impact.

· Bachelor's or Master's, degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· Proven experience (X years) in software testing, with a focus on test architecture and automation.

· Strong proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

· Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

· Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and DevOps practices.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

· Certifications such as ISTQB, Agile, or similar are a plus.
